King Solomon once asked for a ring that would make the owner happy when he was most sad and weep when he was happy. He was given a simple ring engraved with the initials of the phrase Gam Zeh Ya'avor (This Too Shall Pass).

In this piece, the 3-dimensional ring is a mobius strip that transitions from light to dark and back again.
